Cancellation Policy

Deposit Policy Deposits are required at the time of booking and will vary depending on the type of service. Please refer to the list below for deposit amounts associated with each service. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will not be charged and can reschedule your appointment. However, cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the remaining balance. If you schedule an appointment within 24 hours and either cancel or do not show up, you will be charged the full amount of the service. Important: All deposits are non-refundable, and repeated cancellations or rescheduling may lead to restrictions on future bookings. If you arrive late, a $35 late fee will apply after your 10-minute grace period. An additional $2 fee will be charged for every minute thereafter. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be responsible for the remaining balance. No exceptions. Repeat cancellations or Reschedules will result in you no longer being able to book. Please be on time for your appointment . After 5 minutes you will be charged a $35 late fee. Every mintue after will be a $2 charge. After 30 minutes your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged the full remaining balance. NO EXCEPTIONS
